Still Here But Transforming

I'm still here. I'm working on a major re-launch and re-design of the site. I'll still post occasionally, but my goal is to have the new WhiteTrash BBQ completed by March 1st.

If you have any ideas about the new site, please let me know. You can post here, or email them to me.

In the mean time, please be sure to check out Grillin' On The Bay and The Brooklyn Chili Smackdown. It's STILL New York City's ONLY barbecue contest and still the best.
