If you have a Penzey's store near you, GET THERE! I was at the Omaha,NE store this afternoon to get my free AZ Dreaming and some rub. High quality, fresh herbs, dried chilis, spices, blends, and BBQ rubs are each displayed with a jar for you to open and smell- great aromatherapy!

I used to mix my own dry rubs until I used their 'Galena Street BBQ' rub . The first time you use it, go easy on it, it is fresher and stronger than rubs I have tried, and not merely salty like cheap blends are.
(Their other rubs-esp 'BBQ3000' are very good too, but they have a little cinnamon in them, and the Mrs. doesn't care for that.)
