But of course you lefty's/socialists don't care much for profits do ya? Except maybe your own. Last time i checked Weiner and the rest of his (wiener/whiner) buddies owned Washington. They had the votes for a whole year to pass anything they wanted. The only reason they want bipartisanship now is for cover after their takeover of 1/6 of our economy goes down in flames.
Weiner needs grow a pair and quit blaming the Republicans for all the Dems failures. He did put on a nice show though. What a DICK!!!
It's not about profits. It's about doing what's right for American citizens. Insurance companies should be non-profit. Period.
Bring on the public option. Eliminate "pre-existing conditions"
And I agree, the democrats have sucked as a majority party. The dems should screw the republicans and act like they actually won an election.
And Art, I'll make you a deal. The dems will stop blaming the republicans as soon as you guys stop blaming Clinton.
Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security are entitlement programs that are bankrupting the country.
It is now mathematically impossible to pay our debts. This will be another entitlement program, the most expensive ever. To save costs, the gov't will mandate healthy lifestyles. Once the government starts telling you what to eat, where the hell does that leave a slab of ribs?
