This is some of the best BBQ ever. I'm in love with seriously crumbly sausage.
I dropped by on the way back from Houston. My daughter and I had a righteous lunch, and stepped back into the pit to get some links to take back home to the wife. When we got back to Laredo, the smell of smoke was so strong that she asked if we blew off the Westin to go camping.
Now that I live in NY, this is one of the 3 or 4 Texas BBQ shrines I really, really miss.
The best places are always somewhere like that. We found a great little place near my new office, awesome Q and other food, reasonable prices, and locally owned. We love it!
