That sounds too cool.

To have an area of town known as "The Pickle District" is awesome.

Is there a generational mix in that District BQ?

Is it a neighborhood that has traditional been European descent, Ukranian, Polish, etc?

It sounds pretty cool.

I don't know if NY really has a pickle district or if it's just hype from the Lower East Side Business Improvement Group, but the Lower East Side was/is the traditional home of whatever the latest group of immigrants that come to NY. At one time it was Germans and Jews and they brought pickles and delis.

Some still remain, so I guess, it's still the pickle district.
