WhiteTrash takes on the media

Tonight, I am being interviewed by Mindy Abovitz of WCRM, The Citizens’ Radio Music Show on Free103.9, an internet radio program. If you want to listen in, the show runs live from 10pm to 12am tonight, Thursday, July 7th 2005. Tonight's show "celebrates the summertime joys of BBQ in the BK. That'’s right folks, two steamy hours of barbecue talk and related music brought to you by your friends at The City Reliquary."

I also make a brief appearance this week on the Food Network's All American Festivals - Guitarbeque. I'm not interviewed, but you can catch glimpses of me turning in the winning brisket, putting around the pit, and at the awards. I cooked as a member of the BBQ-Brethren team and our chief, Phil is featured prominently. I was also interviewed by the food network, but referred to myself as the “pit bitch.” I guess that’s too risqué for the Food Network!

On a personal note, my prayers and thoughts go out to the people of London today. Let's hope that this senseless attack is the last in the war on terror.
