I guess you could also fry like 10 lbs of onion rings at a time too after turkey season :)
Sounds like a great device, but I'd still probably use it outdoors, I've seen too many turkey fryer safety gone wrong videos (ha ha).

Those are some great recipes on that site, I also foud some additonal info at ,Butterball Turkey Fryer Info. I think I may be able to pull this off this year, last year I ran it a little to hot.
